Romania is not only about unexpectedly poor people and delicious cheese. It is about one of the hottest castles ever – Dracula castle or Bran castle. This masterpiece of architecture is situated near Bran and was named a national monument and landmark in Romania.
The castle became popular when it was mentioned as the home of the titular character in Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Nowadays, the castle is a museum and everybody concerned is welcomed to visit it.
The castle stands in the charming Carpathian mountains and according to numerous believes it was one of Prince Vlad Tepes’ temporary residences…
Originally, the castle was built as a fortress in 1212. In no way this castle should be mistaken for the actual Castle Dracula (now in ruins), it can be found on the Arges River.

I have always been dreaming to get rid of my neighbours. They always want to know what is going on and where I have been. It is so awful and annoying. Looking at the following pictures I started thinking that my neighbours are not so bad at all, at least, I have a person or even people to talk to.
Dwellers of the following house don’t have such an opportunity since this fantastic house is completely cut off from the mainland. This house occupies the whole island. Open the door and swim!
The house is isolated but not private, since it is impossible not to see it!

Waterfalls … they are miracles of nature. We’re used to enjoy them in full blossom when the water flow is strong and dangerous and when water is happily cascading over rocks … but sometimes waterfalls can be … frozen and it is a completely another story to tell.
- The Fang Waterfall, Colorado
Colorado is extremely popular during winter months, when climbers from all over the world visit it in order to perform the Fang waterfall climbing. The enormous ice pillar of the waterfall forms on exceptionally cold winters. It looks not only enchanting but so dangerous. And the wall is as slippery as hell.
Hokkaido is famous for its great winter activities. You can find everything here: slopes and ice castles, ice festivals and ski facilities and even frozen waterfalls. The only one problem they are very dangerous in Japan and very often they happen to collapse.
- St Louis Falls in Beauharnois, Quebec
These sick layers were quick and strong water flows in spring, summer and autumn and now they attract only tourists and photographers.

Cruises belong to one of my favourite ways of travelling. Certainly, they are expensive but they offer everything even the most demanding traveller needs. Something about cruises always screams “luxury” to me. Today I would like to share with you main advantages of cruising and 3 kinds of cruises you can’t miss this winter:
- almost all cruise ships are expensive and luxurious, they have everything you need and everything you have been dreaming about. There you can not only have rest but show your best dresses as well;
- only while cruising you can enjoy the hottest ocean or sea views;
- it is possible to visit numerous countries and cities without pack and unpack;
- you have to pay only once and get everything: meals, accommodation, entertainment and etc.;
- travelling with a lot of people together you can make a lot of new friends;
- enjoy the atmosphere of calmness and complete understanding with nature.
Sound tempting, yeah? That is. Apart from services and views cruise vacation is always an unforgettable one. So I would like to recommend you to enjoy the following cruises:
You are a lucky guy if you happen to spend your cruise on board the amazing Klancy II – the symbol of elegance and luxury at Toronto’s waterfront. Harbour cruises are available from April to December but they are really challenging to book while Christmas Holidays.
The following cruise ensures mind-blowing views and incomparable service, the rooms have all the conveniences.
And once again our unforgettable Klancy II. NY holiday belong to such days and nights that must be amazing in order everybody to remember them. … As you meet NY in this way you will spend it … Do you believe it ? I do. So it is really fantastic to spend NY night while cruising.
If something is wrong and you can’t spend NY’s night on board Klancy II you still have an opportunity to make a Christmas Journey.
Don’t miss and happy cruising!

Just one look at the following shots makes me feel scared. These people seem to be so brave to swim at the edge of the Earth. But, no! Everything is not so complicated. The following pool is called the Devil’s Pool and it is situated in Zimbabw, Africa, and it is a part of the magnificent Victoria Falls at a height
of 128m. During the months of September and December, the water level is not very quick and rather low, that’s why people can swim as close
as possible to the edge.
Frankly speaking everything is not that dangerous. Since the pool has great natural walls in order to protect tourists from falling.
